"Staff was helpful for the most part. Unfortunately with the holidays they were in. Let me hurry up and get rid of this customer mode. But I believe that had it not been the holiday season. They may have been able to take a little more time to see what customers actually need and to be a bit more helpful."

"If you've been to one Barnes and Noble (BAN), then for the most part, you've been to them all. Although, out of all three of the BAN in this city (including Henderson), I prefer to visit this one since the closest one to my house (far Northwest part of Las Vegas) is in an area of town which I feel is less desirable. I can't really say too much about this store except it contained everything we needed, and them some. However, one aspect of this store that was less than adequate was the store's lack of organization. Normally, BAN stores are very organized but for some reason, this store had items randomly placed, to include having the appearance of things being thrown on the shelves. Now, I can't say it's 100% on the employees considering I've witnessed parents in the past allowing their kids do whatever and not even pick up after them. BUT, as a store/franchise, you are obligated to maintain a business adequately for ongoing customers. Aside from all that, this store is nice and I still recommend this place to everyone."
