"Wish I could give a -5 star review. My husband purchased a bumper for my 2020 Chevy 1500 for my Mother’s Day gift in 2023. After over a month of not hearing from them, my husband called to check on the status of our order. We were then told that someone from their powder coating shop stole our bumper and that they would make a new one and ship it out immediately. Again, after several weeks of not hearing from them, my husband decided to call again, they told him that it would be shipped out that week. Well after another couple weeks with still no shipping information I decided to call them and figure out if and when I would be getting my bumper. The owner called me back and told me that it would be shipping out the following week. Well it finally shipped, we got the bumper and we thought all was well. Until my husband installed the bumper. The pictures on their website are false advertising and you will not get what you see. There are horribly ugly gaps and pieces missing that are advertised on their website. By the time we realized this my husband had already trimmed my frame to where the old bumper could not be reinstalled, therefore we could not return it. Luckily my husband can fabricate and fix it to where I will be satisfied and it will look how I expected it. The bumper tubing sticks out into the wheel wells, it does not sit how it shows in the photos on their website, the steel panels under the headlights are not there so there are huge ugly gaps, and there is a huge gap under the grill. We will have to trim the bumper, weld additional pieces and we will install a light bar to cover the gap under the grill. We will also have to get it re-powder coated to make it look like the photos on their website. I am writing this review as we now know the full cost of what it will take to get it to look good. I am very frustrated and disappointed and feel like I’m now forced to have this ugly piece of garbage on my truck. If the owner reads this, you should be ashamed of yourself. I know you’re a liar and now everyone else will know it to. Can’t tell you how many four wheel drive shops in the San Diego area have also been scammed by you as well and have no shame in telling their customers what a scam you are. Not really sure how you are still in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE."
