"Brought my family in for an açaí bowl. The girl behind the counter ignored us and stood there texting on her phone instead of taking our order. When we asked if she was ready, her response was that she was waiting for us. She then went back to her phone. Obviously customer service is not their high point. Didn’t get a chance to try the food. Decided if she didn’t care if we were there, that we could do better. Worst service I’ve had in Vegas."

"My wife and I stopped by for quick bite after our late flight into Vegas. We ordered the Thai Wrap, Hawaiian flat bread with a side of Jalapeño corn, and kale salad. We sat to eat but the guys packed to go. We thought that was odd but okay no problem. We drove to the hotel and sat down to eat our food with high anticipation. To our bitter disappointment, the flatbread looked like something my 10 year old slapped together in a microwave, I mean just look at the picture vs the picture the advertise. The chicken was not fresh, the kale had a spoiled smell and looked brown and lastly the Thai wrap had no vegetables in it. All this for $36 bucks on top of that. I feel robbed. Horrible place. Don't waste your money or health eating here. I am very disappointed that someone would call this food and let alone run a place like this. Never again. I threw it all in the garbage where it belongs."

"Went to this location a few months ago to pick up an online order that was made through the Tropical Smoothie website. Upon entering there was a line of six customers in the pickup area, the employees were not able to decipher which drink and food went to the customer since all the cups were white with no labels and the bags were just piled up on the counter. After about 15 minutes in the pickup line I was up and they asked what I ordered, showed the person my order, they proceeded to make my order. About 20 minutes later I was handed a drink and bag. Walked out to the car to discover that he order was not correct. Instead of wasting more time I just left. Today was an attempt to rectify the previous experience, I tried to order online again, but there was no option of paying with a gift card. So drove over and walked into a store with no customers, so figured there would be no confusion this time. Ordered at the counter and the total rang up a different price than online, I just let that pass, and proceeded to pay with a TSC gift card. The counter employee did not know how to redeem at the register, so he called a lady from the back, the then tried and was unable to either. The original gentleman asked me to step aside as other customers walked in. I did and watched them serve other customers as they walked in, after 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from either employee as they stared at walking by doing their work, I just walked out. I will not come back to this location even though it's close as the employees are very rude when busy, and incompetent at other times. Save your time, fustration, and money by choosing another store."
