"They don't know how to make their coffee blended,ice,ect. They put mo effort. The taste is horrible They don't mix their ingredients well. 4th time here I had hope but it's always the same thing"

"Worst location. I ordered the pink macchiato threw the drive thru they handed me a dirty cup it was sticky and spilling out the straw hole , there was 95% cream and the pink velvet wasn’t even fully mixed into the cream , I did mix it and it tasted only like cream . I went back around and told the lady that there wasn’t enough expresso and it didn’t even look like there was any inside after mixing she said you have to mix it in I told her I did and it’s all pink because there wasn’t even enough and didn’t even look like the picture , she said well the picture is what it looks like settled after it’s melted alittle bit , I told her that iv had macchiatos before and that the expresso should atleast be 1/4 of the cup but it’s not and it was messy but at this point I would like a refund , she told me no I’ll just remake it but it will be similar unless I would like to add a shot , I told her no I don’t want to pay more I rather just have a refund and I’m not trying to argue with her but iv been going to Dunkin for many years and this is just not what iv seen. Honestly this is the worst location and won’t be back at this one ."

"First time having Dunkin’ Donuts and I will say the coffee was good! The service not so much lol. The girl with braces was polite I will give her that but the service was trash man. We were the only ones there, why did it take 20 minutes for coffee? And then she forgot my sons hot chocolate bc she was talking and laughing with another employee my aunt had ask where was the other drink and she smiled and said oh and made it. Not to mention the place smelled bad to be a donut shop."

"I had never had Dunkin Donuts before and my wife wanted a treat so I grabbed half a dozen on my way home. The counter person was very helpful and friendly but that's where the good experience ended. I don't think I've ever been to a donut shop that didn't have a glass case to select your donuts from. The store felt like it was under construction. The donuts were just stale and gross. I ended up chucking them. My wife liked the old fashioned ones I got her but those kind are all ready kind of more crispy so it's harder to tell that they're stale. We definitely won;t be back"
