Now I’m at the window and it’s been another fifteen minutes without even being acknowledged. It’s as if they’re annoyed I’m here for a smoothie. Wish I would’ve gone somewhere else instead of wasting all of this time."

"Went to this location today. Staff was very friendly and food was great. The place is always clean( not my 1st visit). Whoever is managing this staff is doing great. I been coming here for maybe 2yrs and I have never seen it managed this great before and I will continue to come back. Shout to the Manager and Staff at this Maryland location. Keep up the great work."

"Update: they fixed the register! A happy employee is a happy customer! I love the food and smoothies. Amazing customer service too. The drive thru register not working is ridiculous.. it’s been months and it is still not fixed. The owner and the manager (Courtney) need to take better care of their employees!!!! Otherwise, the food, smoothies and customer service are always superb!"

"Ordered ahead 1 smoothie and when I walked in they had a whole smoothie just chilling in a container bag. I figured the bag was someone else’s because, well, who does that? The girl at the front told me that is my order. Confused, I looked inside the bag and saw my order. Super weird and wasteful but whatever, the planet is dying anyways. Smoothie was watery but the flavor wasn’t terrible."
