"Drove out of my way to get a good Chicago roast beef sandwich. Just got home opened up my sandwich and this is what I found. Where's the beef? Almost $18 for this sandwich and the jar of jardiniera. So disappointed. Flavor of the beef is good that's why it gets two stars."

"So over all I love this place most authentic Chicago food in Vegas. They serve you the food the same way they do in Chicago pizza on a stand fries in a bag everything like that. The only thing that I've been upset with is the service has fallen off allot since I started going here. New people don't have the drive to really keep up. Hope this part will change but overall best Chicago food I've had in Vegas."

"Food is always great...a taste of hometown Chicago. Authentic hot dogs right down to the sport peppers and poppy seed buns. Great Italian beef. And top notch, thick cheese-stuffed pizza. And some new crew members who don't keep their snoots in the air. One fly in the ointment though: if you want your juice (gravy) on the side for your $10 to-go Italian beef, it's still an extra quarter for the to-go cup. (Kinda petty if you ask me )"

"Preface: When I called about these issues, they did apologize and credit me for a replacement. We ordered a large sausage & pepperoni; no pepperoni on the pizza and pretty light on the sausage. Also, the pizza was fairly burned and 1/3 of it was inedible. (Perhaps their oven needs calibration or something?) Customer service was good when I went in to pickup and when I called to complain. Will update if replacement pizza changes our mind."

"The beef was terrific, giardiniera was authentic. It's great to see that they didn't skimp on the gravy! But what I was disappointed about was their pizza, if you order pepperoni, they take a slice of cheese that had been sitting for awhile and put pepperoni in top and reheat which you can tell as the bottom was a bit burnt and you don't taste the pepperoni in the cheese or Dough. You can also tell as the taste is like reheated pizza and not fresh. Otherwise the atmosphere was great and decorated with true Chicago stuff. I would go again but probably stay away from the pizza."
