"have been coming to this location for years - looks like the remodel is complete - the store is already a small location but its claustrophobic now - no sitting space enough for computer and books with space between people just a bunch of chairs jammed into a tiny space - starbucks you use to do much better for the people that pay the bills"

"Date of visit 4-1-2023 1. Coffee- warm not hot. Hate to do this but asked to change and received the same warm coffee. Had to drink it as black, can not add half and half to make it worst cold lol 2. Carmel Frap not good at all, received melted-no ice added or not too cold 3. Received dirty pack of regular white sugar- wish I took a picture but I had to change it. 4. Cleanliness: dirty bathroom, no toilet seat cover, dirty floor. Table is worst but we as a customer should be responsible to clean after ourselves lol, but some people have a problem leave dirty table behind their service—— please clean after yourself, the whole world is short of people omg! 4. Customer service: can’t deny that— very friendly, frequent apologies for anything, and most of all I love their attentiveness. They would stop to ask if you need anything even at their busy tasks——all 4 stars for their service but please ensure your coffee stays hot and serve freshly made drinks as of the Carmel fraps. Thanks"
"If you want stellar customer service choose this Starbucks! DILLION WITH THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE EYES has the best customer service! Very accommodating and knowledgeable! There’s an art to making Starbucks drinks! Its so amazing! Dillon really helped me to choose the right drink!!! Thanks for making my morning!!! I came to get a medicine ball for my neighbor who isn’t feeling well and ended up falling in love with this Carmel ribbon crunch! Thanks again for the wonderful Starbucks experience!!!!"
