"I’ve ordered delivery multiple times and nine out of 10 times they do not put a straw in with the drinks when it’s delivered. I have called the store four times and I still didn’t get straws after that. In my opinion this seems like there is a huge lack of follow through on customer service. Seems like when you’re paying over $20 for a delivery for two drinks and a muffin. You should get straws with your 32 ounce drinks."

"Usually everything is good here. Today was off. The young lady at the register didn't seem happy to be there. We ordered 4 Ice blended drinks all separately. The first one came all pretty with the whipped cream. The next 3 came with no whipped cream and flat lids( That has never happened before). I asked if we can get these with whipped cream. There was no apology. The young lady grabbed them and fixed them. I said thank you she said nothing. It was not a great experience and 2 of the people with us had never been there. Maybe they were having a bad day."

"We love Coffee Bean. The staff is nice ......very friendly , professional and quick service. They are really nice! Always treat their customers with absolute care and pleasure. I love their lattes. Absolutely the best hazelnut latte ! Never bitter, always the best. They use powders for their flavors not syrups like everyone else, which make all the difference in taste. Very nice patio seating area. They have drive- thru also and there is never a line, which is great. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this coffee shop!"
