"Worse experience ever. When you have over 8 cars trying to get coffee and you decide to have a conversation with the first car about what you did over the weekend. Pretty unfair to the rest of us waiting. Then for someone to come out, take your order walk toward you, stop turning around and the other employee who's supposed to take your order next in order goes to another vehicle shows a lack. Of customer service kills. The simple fact. Is treat people the way you want to be treated. Then to add insult to injury, when you call customer service it doesn't give you any options to leave a message call back number? Nothing just says they are not taking calls and hangs up on you, so why is it you can open your businesses for your customers? But your customers service department can't be brothered So let's say you open at 9. You mean to tell me your customers don't have any problems from 5 in the morning till 9 Very unlikely It makes no sense."

"Love their coffee and how fast they make but the only problem is a white guy who taking order on on drive-thr be over friendly, I was in line wating and waiting while he spend a good minutes talking and gigle to that 1 car not taking order anyone else until second guy with long hair have to come out and took order. I understand a part of customer service job can be friendly but not over friendly while you have 6 cars waiting in line and not moving because your convocation never end with that 1 customer."
