"I recently moved to this side of town and I am so happy I stopped to try this location after having bad experiences at other locations. Arly is so friendly and has GREAT customer service. There was an issue with my app and Gracie took care of me and made sure I got my bday coffee. I look forward to coming by and getting coffee because of the excellent service"
"There is an employee named Isaac that has the best customer service! I go through the drive through often and I always know when it's him because he is so personable, informative with new drinks and suggestions, and I never feel rushed. He's genuine and seems happy to service customers. I rarely leave reviews but he goes above and beyond and I wanted him to know that he's appreciated!"
"Staff was okay until I tried to return drink due it tasting watered down and flavorless. (Drinks ordered cookies & cream and cookie crumble) I even told them I don’t want my money back just wanted to tell them. Both girls behind the counter acted as if they took it personally. Never will I return to this one and the reason Starbucks is is on every corner and this business isn’t."
"It's always such a nice spot to sit and enjoy a few minutes. Comfy seating and fabulous jasmine tea. I tried the pesto salad, and it's good for packaged food. The staff is also so great-- friendly and fast."
"Staff is great......very friendly , professional and quick service. They are really nice! Always treat their customers with absolute care and pleasure. I love their lattes. Absolutely the best hazelnut latte ! Never bitter, always the best. Very nice patio seating area. They have drive- thru also and there is never a line, which is great. Definitely will be back and highly recommend this coffee shop!"
