"I'm not a huge Boba fan but all drinks can be made without it. My husband says all the Boba drinks are great. I like the Power Energy Juices. Less sugar and full of flavor. Store is very clean and couches are cozy to have your drinks. Kind of pricey but the drinks are good."

"The boba is good and they don’t skimp on it. They give you like double the regular amount. The first time I went I got the large size and by the time I finished my drink I still had 2 inches of boba left."

"We visit several other Boba Tea stores in Las Vegas and are in and out in 15 minutes average with an order of 2-3 drinks. We stopped by the N. Durango location near Centennial Hospital 2 weeks ago and the service was a wreck -- took 40 minutes to get 2 drinks! Just when we thought our order was ready, we realized they had not even started it yet. We left but decided to give them a 2nd change yesterday. We have about 45 minutes to be at our appointment around the corn so thought there was no issue with time to get 2 drinks. Wrong! After 35 minutes of waiting and watching 2 workers with no idea how to work, we told them we had to get a refund asap. They agreed but instead of getting the refund and paying attention to us now upset, the gentleman stated taking other orders. We had to nearly yell at him to get our money back and we made our appointment with 1 minute to spare! Never again -- IF ever there was a business deserving of Zero starts, this would be it. Won't be back and I can see by the looks on other customers waiting 2x to 3x longer than expected, I don't anticipate them being in business for long."

"I hate to give this review for the simple fact that this franchise is actually decent. However, the Centennial location is awful. The young adults in there have awful customer service skills. When it comes to preparing drinks they lack flavor. When trying to get more information or recommendations on drinks, they fail to help the customer out. However, if you do go to the one in Aliante, it is so much better. Make Boba Great Again!"

"This is my very first negative review of any place ever but I had to bring justice. We ordered two large drinks, both had problems. One drink was fine but the boba was very hard and old and didnt fit in the straw. There were several bobas with a hard, burnt center that tasted horrible. The other drink was an avocado that tasted like water, literally tasteless. We had to comeback to ask them to add sweetness. The people working there are very kind though."
