"The Miss that came to take my order was very patient and polite. Once I got to the counter, I felt rushed. She didn't seem to want to answer my question about the app. The drink was flavorless."

"Pulled into the drive through sunday morning… drive through was completely full and they only had one person taking orders. We sat there for 15 minutes and not a single car moved. Ended up having to back out of the drive through. This location doesnt know what theyre doing, i highly suggest going to the Hualapai location instead."

"Hopefully, this location helps to offload some of the traffic of the Hualapai location! I discovered Dutch Bros in 2015 while I was in Spokane. I typically do not frequent this coffee shop because their style of drinks are on the sweeter side for my personal tastes. However, this company has my support - some great local families in the NW operate all of the Vegas locations, and I always appreciate how friendly the staff are at all of the locations. It's a breath of fresh air to have friendly service, which seems to be a rarity today in most other establishments. If you are a caramel latte person, you'll like the Carmelizer drink. I would personally ask for half the flavor and another shot of espresso, but still delicious! And my son loves their hot cocoa... one of the BEST hidden gem hot cocoa spots in wintertime for sure!!"

"The drive thru is better designed than the one over at Hualapai. However, it does wrap around the building twice. So expect to spend a long time in the drive through. (Took me 45 minutes, and there was still space for people to be behind me) Place is run by teenagers. They also now autofill a tip l, so instead of asking “would you like to leave a tip” its “is the suggested tip ok” which you can’t even really see on the dim ipad screens . Overall your average Dutch Bros experience with linger wait times. Will still probably go to the one on Hualapai"
