Domino's Pizza

"I ordered a meal online paid for and went to the store to pick up my order and upon arriving and speaking to the representative behind the counter I was asked to wait a moment while he got “the rest of my order together” , about 10 minutes later he tells me that the order was voided! How does this happen? And why haven’t I received the money I paid for the order? As a person who has worked in the retail restaurant customer service industry and have knowledge of a POS system a cashier is the only person able to void a transaction! So why wasn’t either offered my meal for the cashiers mistake or given my money back? I was literally craving this meal but to be turned away because of a mistake of a clearly new cashier was just flat out rude and disappointing! I will not be returning to this place and definitely be turning away any family or friends that frequently visit this particular store!"

"What is this? WHAT IS THIS? I have never in my 34 years seen a tragedy of a pizza like the one before me. I need this rectified immediately. This is how my pizza arrived."

"Tofat is 10/08/2023. I would love to share today's experience. SO we order from this Domino's Pizza store #7471 now we NEVER have ISSUES with our order mind you we get the same dish on their menu I know for a FACT they know our order and what we order. But this time around the SERVICE was POOR from our ORDER to the ANSWERS I got on why our food looked like it is. So I ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches 1st Sandwich we wanted just cheese, Onions and the meat and of course the bun 2nd order same Sandwich but the difference was the 2nd Sandwich NO CHEESE just EXTRA OF THE VEGGIES with the meat and of course the bun and the 3rd item was an order of the Lava cake dessert. So the timing of the DELIVERY on time but the difference on this day please tell me what my order looks like I POSTED PHOTOS. I called the Store*7471 a male ANSWERS I ask why does my Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches look so weird he responds by saying what can I do for you my response was WHY CAN I COUNT HOW MUCH MEAT I HAVE ON BOTH MY SANDWICHS HE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME (HOW MUCH MEAT IS ON YOUR SANDWICH) and MADE ME COUNT HOW MUCH PIECE'S OF MEAT so I COUNTED OUT LOUD AND SAID I HAVE ONLY 8 PIECE'S HIS RESPONSE OH THAT'S HOW MUCH MEAT WE PUT ON THE SANDWICHS AND MIND YOU LOOK AT MY SANDWICHS. I COULDN'T AND I DIDN'T EVEN EAT IT. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER ON SHIFT HER NAME WAS ALEXA SHE DID COMP. US 2 FREE SANDWICHES WHICH IS KIND OF HER BUT I AM MIND BLOWN I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AT STORE*7471 I KNOW THWY HAVE MY ORDERS. At this time I can't RATE *7471. And to TOP EVERYTHING OFF there was NO OTHER HIGH UP PERSON I COULD SPEAK WITH. But I will try this again tomorrow night when we get off of work I will update you"

"I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at 8 pm PST on 3rd Sep 2023 at Domino's #7471 involving my Order #1359. One of the pizzas in my order had a bubble and was consequently burnt. I politely approached a staff member, 'Alexa,' at that time, inquiring about a possible resolution for this issue. Unfortunately, during this interaction, another staff member, whom I have photographic evidence of, responded rudely(Yelled) by refusing to remake the pizza and suggesting I settle for a Soda can instead. Their behavior was quite offensive. Additionally, in the background, I overheard a female staff member insisting that they couldn't remake a pizza for a mere bubble, even if it was partially burnt. Later in the conversation, I brought to their attention another issue with my order – the loaded tots were also burnt. In this instance, I was offered a full refund, albeit with visible dissatisfaction from the staff. I must emphasize that this entire experience was extremely unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable as a customer. I kindly request that your corporate team address this matter with re-training for the involved employees to ensure such behavior is corrected. It is essential to maintain the positive image of Domino's and prevent any tarnishing of your reputation."

"We ordered 2 Pasta Primavera (without mushrooms)for our kids through the Domino’s App. To our surprise when we opened it upon reaching hotel, there wasn’t any Alfredo sauce in it, hardly few drops here and there. Since it was late night, we called them to inform it’s not made properly without sufficient Alfredo sauce, the person on the call was stubborn to accept that fact. We asked them if they can do anything to replace them as a courtesy but his words were “we have measured everything & prepared it, you can bring it back if you would like but we will not replace it.” I think this was very rude service on part of Dominos. Since it was late in the night & we were tired, we managed to have that food for the kids but to our SHOCK, what we saw ere MEAT pieces in our Pasta. This was very much against our dietary needs for kids. It’s a disgusting experience ordering food from this Domino’s location. I’ll never recommend it. Attached pics for reference."
