"Nasty service. Non professional staff which busy to talk with each other. We felt disturbing them. It even was not question to buy something or ask for professional help to select the right suits.. service team was like 5-6 people , just one young seller made us favor and came to help us but his face was telling “don’t bother me” his “advice” was totally irrelevant like he offered short pants to 6’5” boy .."

"I came in about to spend some good money and the guy walks up and says “our suits aren’t for everyone, they are pricey.” I’m a bit speechless on this one Hugo."
"Purchased a pair of dress shoes that I wasn’t sure would work. I asked the store member if they could be returned if I had changed my mind. I was told that I could return them without any issues. The next day I changed my mind and wanted something a little less dress and more athletic as they are for a new job I start next week. I returned back to the store the next day to return the shoes I had purchase less then 24 hours ago. The store clerk barley even opened the lid and stated “we can accept these shoes as they looked worn.” I asked to speak to a manager who then repeated the same thing as the clerk before him. He barley even looked at the shoes before telling me that can’t accept them, which made me think that this was rehearsed and both barley even looked at the shoes and the shoes were in the same manner in which I purchased. These shoes were only worn in the store when I tried them on the day before. I do not recommend this store as they are shady on return policies and had rude customer service. We ended up disputing the charge on our credit card."
"Do not shop here. They are over charged us. Do not shop if Manager name MANDY work there. She said our promotions are not the same with other stores. i got the suit here at $360 in this store. When i went to San Diego store one day a a part. I saw the same suit and same size but they are $179. Very disappointed how i got treated."
