"I will admit I am not a heavy Burberry client; just not my brand. However, I stopped in 11/3 for a scarf, the (SA) Daniela serviced me. I picked out a scarf that just so happened to not have a tag. Fine…so I thought. She tried the scarf on me and gave me an idea to tie it. She asked did I want to wear it out after she tied and I said sure. I took it off and put it back in the bag as soon as I got back to the restaurant I was eating at next door. I decided, after finding the scarf I wanted at another store, to return today. I was rudely told I could not return as the tag was missing…then later was told I could not because I wore it out the store. I’m sorry, YOUR SA put the scarf on me to show me a style for wearing. This was a very bamboozled experience that I have never encountered in my shopping adventures. I have contacted corporate and I will not return to Burberry as a brand, but particularly would not recommend this location."

"I purchased slides while visiting last month. Amanda was my sales professional, she was helpful, cheerful and not pushy. She even text me a few days later with her contact card if I ever needed any help. A couple weeks later when I noticed one of the straps beginning to tear I was so thankful she had text me. I was able to easily text her with my concern and from beginning to end she has made the exchange completely painless! The communication and customer service from Amanda has been excellent!"

"This store will not accept my exchange request after wearing a shirt one time. Long story short, I bought a black polo from them on Friday night. Wore it out that night in Vegas. Had zero problems with it and liked it so much that I came back on Saturday to buy the same polo but in white to wear that night. Almost immediately after wearing the white polo my wife and I both noticed it was starting to snag excessively in my upper stomach area. We thought about taking it back right away, but thought it would be weird to exchange the shirt I was currently wearing for another right there in the store. We also figured, that this particular white polo clearly had an issue and that Burberry would understand and exchange it for a new one with out a problem the following day. We were wrong. On Sunday, I went to exchange the shirt and spoke with managers Sundi and Craig. In my opinion they weren't going to accept a return regardless of what I explained. Both became unnecessarily defensive, giving me the impression they thought I was lying and that I ruined the shirt. The reason they would not accept the exchange was, "heavy signs for wear and tear with the shirt being stained as well". The shirt has not been stained, but is dirty and needs to be washed. Sundi, the Store Manager, agreed that "stain" on the left shoulder of the shirt was makeup from my wife resting her head on my shoulder. Makeup will come out, but I guess is this beyond normal wear and tear for Burberry. Furthermore, the apparent "stains" had nothing to do with why I wanted to exchange the shirt. I suppose it provided store management an excuse to look over the excessive snagging and deny the return. As far as the snag damage, it is unclear what was causing the shirt to snag, but we believe it was my watch (which shouldn't snag a quality made polo shirt). The 10+ snags in the at the middle of my chest / stomach area... happened while crossing my arms or moving them across my body. The 2+ snags around / below the waist of a clearly tucked in shirt based on the wrinklies... happened while tucking in my shirt. The one in the upper left shoulder... I believe this snag was caused by Sundi's ring while she examined the shirt. When I pointed out that her ring just snagged the shirt she became frustrated. Around this time, it was determined that the exchange wouldn't be accepted. I contacted Burberry corporate support regarding this issue. Didn't help. I sent them the complaint and a picture of the damaged shirt. They claimed they examined both the photos I sent them and the photos the Burberry Store sent them and they agreed with the store's decision to not accept an exchange. I was with both managers the entire time my damaged shirt was available to them. I don't recall them even having a camera or phone out much less taking pictures of it. I requested the "store provided photos" from Burberry support. Received the following response... "Please be advised that these photos are intellectual property of Burberry and therefore may not be provided." To me, this is not a good faith effort to resolve a customer complaint. Attached are pictures of the damaged white polo in question. View the damage yourself and determine if you think this is normal wear and tear for a shirt worn one time. Will never buy a Burberry product again."
