"I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. I placed my initial order over (7/5/19) a month ago and just received my items, that isn’t my problem as I knew a few items must be ordered through your Chinese distributor.. HOWEVER, I made an error and chose size 2T upon placing my order. I noticed the next day and immediately sent a text which was answered asking me for my order number and once I provided it I didn’t get a response back. I also sent an instagram message, sent Instagram comments in hopes of correcting the size and you did not acknowledge my questions whatsoever! Now I have these items that I have to return to you for an exchange and god knows if that’s even possible! This could have been prevented from the beginning now I’m in the air as what to do. I really hope you can rectify this situation or I am disputing it with my bank."

"Horrible experience. I paid expedited shipping that said 2-3 days and they took 2 weeks to ship out my item. Tried contacting the seller and no response. Through any of the contacts methods. Then, I receive my item and it looks nothing like what I ordered. It looks like she ordered it off of alie Express and then shipped it out to me. To top it all off no RETURNS."
