"11.18.23: Yet another outing at Tallinn with Mom--she loves this place! We went for breakfast and when we walked in, it was pretty much a full house. To share, we ordered the California Breakfast Crepe and the Lemon Curd Crepe. We both had black coffee because last time it was really good and this time was the same. We both loved the California Breakfast Crepe! It came out super fresh and hot. Absolutely love how the tomatoes weren't overcooked nor was the spinach wilted. It seems that the Lemon Curd Crepe is our go-to and enjoyed that the raspberries are still seasonally sweet. 10.28.23: Recently I had gone here for the first time as part of a private event and absolutely loved everything from the food to the experience as a whole. I enjoyed it so much that I had to show my mom this place as she loves crepes. This was her first time ever having a savory crepe and because I told her how big it was, we decided to split the Carnita and Eggs Breakfast Crepe. As for beverages, I went with my usual fav of an Italian soda and chose cherry as my flavor this time around and my mom had a cup of black coffee that they freshly brewed for her. Mom said the coffee was really good and only thought after we left that I should have asked what coffee they use. As for the crepe we shared, when it arrived mom said I told you we should split it if you said it was so big and I had to reply back saying that our crepe was cut in half already. She thought her half was still a big portion! We both agreed it tasted really good and there were plenty of ingredients. The pork carnitas and eggs combo was almost like a breakfast burrito, but way more elevated as a crepe. Mom loved that it was topped with sour cream and I thought they gave us a more than adequate amount of avocado, which is usually the first thing to get skimped on at other places. We shared the savory crepe because I wanted us to both have room for a sweet crepe. We ordered and split the Lemon Curd crepe. It was really tasty and we both loved the tart of the lemon in combination with the fresh raspberries. The ambience was nice and quiet and the two ladies working today were very friendly. This outing with mom was a success and says she definitely wants to come back to bring her husband."
"It is so nice to have a European restaurant in our community. If you have ever had crepes in France or other countries in Europe, you know what I mean. These crepes take me back to Europe. We all had the Cowboy crepe. I must say that my group was in agreement that this was the favorite crepe we tried. Not to mention that my 14-month grandson loved it. We all enjoyed the Dracula fries, which were very garlicky, which is how I love them. I also tried the Blackberry Mojito, and it was a little too sweet for my taste. I ended up talking to the owner, Yanna, and was pleased to learn that they are going to have Octoberfest crepes this week. She said they were planning on having Lingonberry-flavored crepes in December. She said almost every month or holiday has a crepe created especially for that time of year. I am so happy to have a Creperie located in Sparks. I have been here several times. I must say that their sweet crepes are beyond yummy and will have you drooling and wanting more. If you want to travel but not leave the state, I highly suggest visiting this restaurant for dinner or dessert to get an authentic and unique flavor of Europe. I love how food attaches to our memories. Crepes remind me a little of the thin Swedish pancakes (which remind me of my Mormor (mother's mother-grandma). Do you have any memories attached to Crepes?"
"Great food! Tried both the savory and sweet crepes (cowboy, old fahsion, lemon curd), along with the Dracula fries (w/o sriracha) and a special / limited edition fries (pictured), and all have been really great!! The drinks surprisingly also stand out! The berry mint lemonades and virgin mojito are all super fresh and super delicious tasting. The *only* single criticism I could say is unfortunately since there is a cigar lounge located next door that some of the smoke does permeate through a bit when eating-in, but I'm not sure if that is something that is even within the restaurant's control. Overall super fresh tasting both food and drink, would recommend!"
"Found Tallinn Creperia on a Google search for a crepe breakfast restaurant. Since it was in Sparks and nearby, we decided to try. The place is quite small. I believe that the person working said it was 1300 square feet. The interior is a bit spartan but who really cares if it is clean and bright. I am not a fan of crepes but the wife loves them. She ordered a sweet and I a savory. I will say that the carnitas crepe was outstanding. It was the first crepe that I enjoyed eating. The wife ordered a classic sweet and I thought she might lick the plate clean. So, the food is a definite 5 stars. The only detraction is the use of paper plates, cups and plastic utensils. Kind of gives a dive feel. However, don't let that distract you from the overall goodness."
