"I was very disappointed with this visit. I went in to get my oil changed as I have many times before I found the employees a bit on the rude side not very welcome and then when I picked up my Jeep they had unplugged my dash camera have no idea why"
"Arnie Garcia got it done all on a Saturday. I had a trip to Monterey on Sunday. Went in to do a quick oil change and fluid top-off on Saturday and then planned to get tires at Les Schwabb. Arnie ran the diagnostic and discovered the radiator was cracked. Arnie couldn't promise if we could get warranty authorization on a Saturday but he kept at it and within a couple hours, I had the radiator replaced, oil changed and fluids topped off, and also had Dodge replace my tires instead of making an extra trip to Les Schwab. I was set for my Monterey trip thanks to Arnie. And it's not just Arnie, the entire service department is top-notch."
