"Visited the store number of times and it's gotten much better. The last experience was completely out of normal... I needed to order a bulk of items that they did not have in the store. So I placed an order on their website and 3 weeks later got notification that the order is ready to be picked up. I arrived to the store and it was only cashier available who knew nothing about the online ordering. So she called the manager and I had to wait until the manager arrived from the back. When I asked about my online order, she was extremely unhappy and told me that she does not have time to look for it right now, so come back an hour and a half from now and then she'll be able to tell me if my order is in store. I guess they're extremely understaffed and underpaid. I had to come back later to get my order."
