"It was my first time inside a panera and I did a pick up order. I went to the counter and stood there waiting to be greeted, instead the 2 girls at the pick up area just acted like I wasn't even there. 2 min later I looked over and notices bags on a shelf and grabbed what looked like my order. Definitely lacked common sense in customer service to greet guest and ask if there was anything I needed. Will not be returning."
"I love this Panera bread location. Very easy to walk in and get my drink since I’m a member of the drink club. Everyone’s very pleasant. Panera is a bit expensive to eat but it’s pretty tasty. If you’re not a drink club member, you need to become one, it’s well worth it to stop in Panera and get a free drink every two hours"
"I've always enjoyed Panera. I went here during opening hours. They were a little disorganized. Couldn't locate napkins or knives, etc. Their selection of bagels is very small. Einstein Bagels has a much larger selection. And their automatic bagel slicer is a joke. Cut 1/4 inch off the top of the bagel instead of slicing it through the middle. Not a fan of homeless people camped outside with their dogs barking at you while you're entering the store."
"I come here because I pay the annual fee for practically unlimited coffee. It's a great deal. This store is practically new so it's quite nice. Easy to find, right off the highway. Didn't have any employee interactions as I go right to the kiosk to order then I grab my own coffee. Easy enough!"
"I ate here about two weeks ago. The location is so new it wasn’t on maps yet. Otherwise my review would have been sooner. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. The food seemed to be prepared timely, but the bread for the soup bowl was cold, which cooled the soup down considerably. My big problem here was service. When I asked one of the employees behind the pick up counter for some napkins because the dispenser there was out, he just told me to walk all the way back to the order side and get them there instead of giving me some and restocking the dispenser. The dining room was also pretty dirty. I hope this is just new location with new employees and growing pains. But I won’t be back for a while."
