"The staff are really friendly and generous, the food is tasty, and ... I'm full. I was just traveling through town and needed to grab a bite to eat. I'm glad I chose to stop at Del Taco. While other chain restaurants are trying to extract value from their customers by supplementing their food with fillers. I noticed that you guys used real chicken (I even got a piece of gristle)... I know that providing good quality food is a pretty low bar, but you guys nailed it. Thank you, I appreciate you guys."
"Most horrible experience I have ever had!!! Never have I ever had worse experience at Del Taco. Supposedly, I spoke to the GM Scott. He said that he would replace the order completely for me. I told him what was wrong with the food. The food was not appetizing, I specifically asked for lots of sauce (didn't get a single one), fries were under cooked for about a minute so they were potatoes, the taco shells were old and stale, etc. He then asked me what was wrong again. Then he said let me talk to my higher ups. He said he would call me back. He never did! How rude. I literally left the food in my kitchen waiting for his call. So I call back 24 hours, speak to manager, Juan and he says oh yes you spoke to my GM and he said he is not willing to replace the food because of the price. WOW!!! I spent $70 at this place and told him how rude that was and I will reach out to my bank. He said thank you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will never recommend Del Taco again. They have no respect for there customers nor do they understand the meaning of the hard working dollar."
