"They close the restroom an hour before the close time which is against the company policy. The staff yelled at me rudely. People come to Starbucks to have a good time with family/ friends and the staff being rude throws a wedge at the customer experience ."

"Little disappointed in the Cinnamon Caramel Nitro; it wasn't even cold?? Pretty weird. (We didn't realize until we drove off. ) Then, I got a Java Chip Frappuccino and it had no real coffee or chocolate taste? Like there wasn't syrup or something?) This is a local spot my kids go to weekly and maybe it was just an off day."
"Not only are the hours incorrect on their app, but the employee who greeted us at the drive thru was extremely rude about it! Clearly they need to teach their employees how to talk to customers. I get it being the end of your shift, but being snappy towards customers is NOT the way to relieve your stress. Will not be coming back to this location."
