"The manager abused me for just looking at suits. Apparently the suit I picked from the rack wasn’t my size and I should have asked for help. I hadn’t even tried it on I just wanted to look at it. I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone let alone a customer service professional. It’s pretty clear this guy is bad for business based on other reviews who mention him. The mall was packed but this cavernous store was silent and empty. I found another Hugo Boss outlet at the Simon mall outside Palm Springs a few days later and spent up big. The staff there were friendly and helpful."
"I love shopping here and I come often but it is just amazing to me how incredibly rude the service is and how they won’t even give you the time a day until you buy something. I have so many different jackets, shirts and suits from this place and these people. I’ll continue to shop here because of the incredible product and how well things fit me when I get them from here but I honestly don’t think the service could get any worse here. Go in shop for what you need and go!"
"I walked into this location and I can honestly say that I will never be returning. I was initially going to buy a couple of suits but after the disdainful look from Greg is what I later found out what his name was I immediately had a change if heart. I was with a gentlemen that happened to have an application in his hand and before asking if we needed assistance he yelled from behind the desk "We are not hiring" needless to say we left and I will never be purchasing anything from this establishment. Management should really review who the allow to represent them!"
