"I must say when I go to Napa on Glendale it takes me back... Back to the days when the person selling the parts knew what they were selling. These guys aren't like that white and green store or the orange and white store where it seems everyone is busy doing anything but helping someone solve a problem. At Napa I feel like I can explain what's going on and ask for some advice or I can call ahead and say hey guys I am headed over to pick up 30 feet of 00 battery cable or 6 bosche plugs and a new coil, and they'd have it at the counter waiting. Napa has what I need every time. The prices are great and the best part about napa is the service...they still perform a service and they do it well. I don't feel like I'm talking to a detached and uninterested goof. I feel like I'm talking to a helpful pal and for me that's worth more than any kind of membership coupon or free keychain after I spend $200 bucks on. $150 worth of import junk. Nappa has oem almost every time. If you have a nappa by you and you don't go... You should give them a try. I know you won't regret it."
