"They lock their door to prevent access to a trash can and refuse to take any trash at the drive thru window. Clearly they the owner of this Starbucks is insistent that we all drown in old coffee cups. This is a basic courtesy that you’ve locked up. Put a trash can outside your door if you’re going to demand to inconvenience your entire client base."

"One of the few times the coffee was actually bad at a Starbucks. Never great, but usually ok. Not this time at this store. Tossed the Americano completely, and the Latte was meh."

It is failing to keep to its posted hours, is running out of basic menu and container items early in the day, is short-staffed, and a panhandler is lurking in the drive-thru lane among trapped cars. It's unpredictable and unpleasant to go here."

"The barista couldn’t confirm for me if the protein cold brew had dairy in it; the pastries come in plastic packaging that is loaded with preservatives and remain on the shelf for a month or more; and the quality and friendliness continue to pale in comparison to nearby Dutch Bros."
