"Wow - what great service! They fixed the problem in 15" and, since it was a minor error, comped me the visit even though I insisted on paying their $59 special service fee. I was really impressed and will definitely call Groff's again the minute we struggle w/heating problems or need a new furnace. Thanks for the great experience! UPDATE: Used them again last summer for full HVAC rehaul - the best!!!!!"

"Honestly, pretty awesome. Our furnace went out during Thanksgiving night. When I called first thing in the morning they returned my message in the hour. The technician that came figured out the ignitor was the problem, fixed it, and left me with a very reasonable bill.
