"A rare gem in the south metro! Recently had our van brought in because of an oil leak at our intake manifold. They were able to get the job done quickly and cleaned up all the residual oil. After the repair, there was a valve noise heard intermittently - we called Pro Tech and they were super responsive - had us bring the van back and checked out the issue without any fuss. They figured out an old o-ring seal was the culprit allowing a valve actuator to not function properly and repaired the o-ring free of charge. This is a place that truly stands behind their work and an very impressed with the entire experience. Will definitely be coming back here!"

"Our 2015 Ford Escape oil light came on and suddenly the car would not accelerate. I called a tow truck as the car would no longer start. Long story short, the last oil change we had done was by Protech. It was determined that the oil filter blew off and all the oil leaked out, seizing the engine. Photos are attached. Protech attempted to do the right thing since they were the last ones to do an oil change on the car, by offering to pay to install a used engine.... we would have to purchase it ourselves. After doing my own research, I advised them that the brand and model # of the filter that had been on the vehicle should NOT have ever been used on the car. After telling them this and doing their own research, they agreed and offered to pay for a new engine AND to install it. They also covered a rental car for us and reimbursed us for the tow. All that said, it should never have happened and the used engine installed now has 14,000 more miles on it than the one that was seized. While I understand human error, this was a big one and it has caused us to lose credibility in their services. While they did everything they could to make it right, it was a very costly and stressful mistake. If they had not agreed to pay for the entire repair, I would have given 1 star. I will have to consider taking our cars elsewhere after this experience and after reading all of the other reviews."

"I would like to thank the whole team at Pro Tech. After having front brakes installed by their team. There was an unfamiliar grind or rubbing sound when braking. I reached out to let them know whats going on and they brought me back in as soon as possible and not only fixed bit replaced both routers and pads with no charge. Standing behind their work. I appreciate their honesty and workmanship. Great place and team all around! Thank you"
