"We had a terrible experience with this company. Our vehicle got locked while it was running, I called for assistance in our area, and was told there was one listed in our area. I asked again if that was correct ( gal on the phone was extremely hard to understand) and she repeated it again, and I told her we are only minutes from that town). She texted it would be 5 minutes and we would hear from them, then she texted it would be 10 minutes, and again later texted they couldn’t find anyone to assist us. It’s supposed to be a 24 hr service business. I would have given a 1/4 star rating but unable to. Will not bother calling them again, unless we don’t see our refund in 3-5 days!!"
