"Not coming back here again. I came in to get an alignment, and to get a leak fixed. Both of those things seemed to go fine, until I picked up the car and found that my drivers side door handle had been RIPPED OFF. Marc, the mechanic, refused to take responsibility for breaking it, even though it was operable when the vehicle arrived. Maybe the fact that I'm a woman made him feel like he could get away with returning a vehicle to a customer in that condition, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this dishonest shop for your repairs."

"We found NRG just a few days before Christmas. We are not from Detroit Lakes but was only in town for the afternoon and about to make the nearly hour trip home (in subzero temps) only to have our CV axle snap. We heard it threatening and called a few places in town but nobody could help for at least 3 days but likely into the new year. We tried to chance it but it didn't even make it 5 miles. NRG was closest so we limped there. Not only did they check the car out right away, they had parts delivered in under an hour and had us back on the road in about 2 hours. They under promised and over delivered and got us back on the road affordably. The staff was so kind, we are thinking of switching our maintenance to NRG as well. It doesn't matter if they aren't local to us, they are worth it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would."
