"I coordinate vendor services a lot with a lot of vendors I’d say Jayhawk is up there. I think Kyle is the MVP, always helpful and will walk you though diagnostics for small things and spare you a service charge. Often a tech can’t explain or understand things about the issue and it’s a big headache to get accurate service. Kyle always slows down and makes sure, helps with terminology, gets down to the bottom of what’s going on, and doesn’t just throw his hands in the air like it’s impossible to get device details. He is able to communicate about everting very well. Shout out to Kyle: I work with a lot of service providers and I don’t think any of them do as good of a job at understand they problem, the options for solutions, kicking around numbers and getting the job scheduled without rechanneling those details. If every service provider was like Kyle I’d save tens of thousands of dollars each year from folks who will not listen to primary diagnostics, charging to fix what we already relayed was not the issue, and he won’t push back like you must be not know how to change an air filter.
