"I'm disappointed it took me so long to find these guys. I spent years taking my car to an automotive chain for repairs and maintenance, and each time there would be some frustration with them either trying to overcharge me in the middle of the job, or doing poor quality work. Not the case with Hawkins Automotive. I only had a battery replacement this time, but that is a more involved task on a 2017 Mini Countryman. Nick was awesome. Not only did he have the lowest estimate for the job, the actual price came out to be slightly lower. They are easy to communicate with, honest, transparent, and EFFICIENT. They even went above and beyond in getting a couple of smaller tasks done at little to no cost. I think I have a regular mechanic to go to from now on."
