"Majestic was the worst AC repair company I’ve ever used. They are dishonest with their work, for me they came the first time to fix my ac that wasn’t blowing cool air. Took a look at it for a few min and then transferred it over to an electrician which took another week for them to come out. The electrician explained to me it was not an electrical problem and he himself explained how majestic inc has done this kind of shady business practice before. Then I was dispatched again to majestic where finally they repaired my ac for what worked for only 2 weeks before it stopped again. Have in mind I have a new born under a month at home and it’s 90 degrees outside and I’ve explained this to majestic, their front desk lady Deana hung up the phone on me and that was it I had enough. Stay away from this dishonest and shady company. You’ve been warned!!"

"My Technician Tommy came out on time. Started diagnostics on my problem with AC unit. Figured out my problem within 5 min of being there. Explained to me about my problem. Fixed my issue. Answered my many questions politely. Everything was done in 10 mins added another 10-15 for questions and explanation. Done within 30 mins. Great service 100/100"

"One of the worse experience I’ve ever had. This company was assigned to me by a warranty company, I had a disagreement with their reporting so I was told to contact the owner/president Greg he was so disrespectful and unprofessional, I had to hang up the phone he kept calling my number after I expressed to him I was done speaking with him, then he made some discriminatory remarks about my ethnicity according to him just by my accent, I did express to him I would be writing a review about this experience and he actually told me “I have a lot of money I will sue you” never in my life thought giving feedback which is my right would bring this outcome” I told my warranty provider I didn’t want to work with this company and yet after all this gentleman still calls my phone I feel so harassed. What an unethical leader for a company that suppose to help people."
