"Just had my oil changed, and you talk about a bait and switch. When I went in I said I need an oil change for my KIA is the cost $78.. correct? The guy behind the counter said yes. When I got the bill after the change is was $113.00. She said it was because my car uses 6 qts. of oil. Why wasn't this explained to me at the time of the order???Don't explain, just charge and hope customer pays it !!! WELL effective today (1/19/2024) I will never go back to Heartland and tell my neighbors and friends the same. I thought the days of bait and switch were over, but NOT at Heartland. DON'T go to Heartland.Check any place but here"

"Awesome experience that is why I am a longtime customer. Heartland was extremely slow due to employee issues and yet kept me well informed of progress. I had a scheduled appt. At 9AM and at 945 my car had not moved from parking spot. Manager saw me and quickly explained their issue's and repeatedly asked if I needed anything or if I needed to go somewhere while I was waiting. They completed my work asap and then did NOT CHARGE ME A CENT. Unheard of today. I'll be back"

"Always friendly, explain honesty the real issue with my truck. Staff flushed twice the transmission fluid and my f150 is running smoothly. Beside flushing tge transmission, they check other issues that the car might have in the future and made honest recommendations. All the services in Both of my trucks are done by them and they never disappoint me. Definitely recommend them for any vehicles services. They offer loaner car if available in case the work Will take longer."

"Jon knows his stuff, great advice on preventative maintenance. They are thorough with the repairs. Mike recharged the A/C, found a leak and fixed that it! I got it recharged recently but they didn't fix the leak at the other place. It's most expensive to pay for it twice. Do yourself a favor and come here to get it done once and get it done right! I also met Adam the manager, he runs the place well. I highly recommend this place!"
