"This is my second review of St. Croix Cleaners, #23, in NE Minneapolis. I've only had positive experiences at this dry-cleaner. Lorraine is very courteous and her customer service is excellent. I've brought many pieces to this location and plan on continuing to do so."

The ambiance of St. Croix Cleaners is divine, with its convenient location right next to the caribou coffee, the resplendent smells of freshly ground beans waft over you whilst telling Lorraine your name and how many pieces of clothing you’re depositing. The subtle sounds of the self checkout line from the Lunds & Byerly’s in the background remind you of a simpler time, when cash was king, and the only thing stopping you from having a cup of sugar was a quaint conversation with your friendly neighbor, oh to be in that world once more. St. Croix Cleaners provides a level of service hitherto unseen within the confines of the dry cleaning industry. "Do not bring your leather or specialty items here. Received my garment with the leather dried out, wrinkled and misshaped with discoloration. One sleeve has a new tear. The interior lining was not steamed. I’m aghast that I waited several weeks and was required to paid $70+ for this service. No response from the business when I reached out for a private resolution. Client beware."
