Bill at hotsprings suggested using my existing tub as is as a trade in.He was not pushy and and presented several options. As I worked thru this process I took time to look at all options over several days. I asked many questions that Bill answered. My experience is that these transactions end up being painful. My experience with Bill was actually enjoyable I even mentioned to Bill that it was fun. Highly recommend doing business with hotsprings and particularly Bill."
