Instead of a payment up front after the service was done he billed us and I called to let him know that I got the bill and would pay it on 12/1 and he was fine with that and asked how my furnace was working. "Call them and ask to have my a/c and heating service. Paid over $500.00.that winter the gas furnace failed. Dean came and change the board in the furnace and said that wasn't the problem and then ordered a gas regulator. So he wired my heat to use electric only. After the repair he charged me for the regulator and board.$500.00 again. I was upset because the board wasn't the problem and he charged me for it. That board had just bee change a year before.The that summer I had problems with the A/c. After working with Adam's and the power company for over a month, it turns out Adam's wired it wrong. After he and power company straightened it out he says to me I replace your gas burns. Well months later he sends me a bill for changing for the burns $150.00. I never called him about the furnace he was there to undo the mistake he made with the wiring so my A/c would stay running."
