"Have been even ever moreso disappointed with the customer service, that indeed starts at the very top within this specific store location - 1) from not being able to break nor accept their own large bills ($50/100) given on 3 separate occasions; 2) to the Customer Service desk seemingly being 'dark'/closed much more often than it ever seems to be open; & 3) each instance only been offered a begrudgingly 'apology' @ best ;-/ ;-(("

Please give him a raise or promote him to the general customer service counter manager and maybe things will improve at that counter or maybe even that store in general. He went out of his way to make sure I got my missing item and fixed the issue. We need a Chris in every department, please and thank you!"
