"I could not be happier with the entire process using them to install our new tankless water heater and water softener. Unlike the other 2 companies I got quotes from I was able to get an accurate quote over the phone without them having to come out and try to sell me things I don't need. Saved me thousands over the other 2 quotes I received. Very honest, professional, friendly and walked me through everything in detail. Even went above and beyond by fixing another gas connection I asked about. If you are in need of a new water heater or I'm guessing any other plumbing need I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Tony and Brody!"
"1/2/2024 Terry and Gregg come to acess and provide us an estimate on a pretty big plumbing job, old house. Answered every question without hesitation, gave options as to how they could go about the repair work. We scheduled with them for the work to be done 1/8/24. Gregg and his apprentice Gino arrived on time fully prepared. Gregg has many years of experience and it certainly shows in his work, very professional and meticulous.Friendly team as well which is important too, but we tried to leave the team alone to do the job without us getting in the way. We had to wait 24-36 hours to use our shower, with the new pipes, shut off valves installed , bath tub faucets had to let the sodering take effect and solidify fully. Used it at 4am this morning and worked beautifully first time! No more drip, drip, drip..... Don't hesitate, if you have a plumbing job that needs a professional, Call Terry Overacker Plumbing!!"
"Very thorough and superior service. They took my calls in the evening. Did great work, of course too. I'll hire then next time for my plumbing needs!!"
"Request an appointment online and got a quick polite call back. Scheduling(non emergency call) was just 2 days out. 2 guys came out, looked over the problem and gave me a quote. Little on the high side but not over the top. Got right to work after agreeing to the quote. Work seemed to be top-notch. They definitely new what they were doing. Check Google maps or their website for a small discount. I would have no problem calling them again. Thanks"
"Very expensive. I had a water heater fail in late fall of 2020, and had it replaced by these guys. I felt like I had to make a snap decision because I didn't want to go without hot water. So hired them to replace the existing water heater with a new one. Well, last week Thursday it fails, pilot light won't keep lit. I call Friday morning, but there are no open appointments and that the earliest appointment is Monday with a window between 8a-10a, I felt inclined to have them service the water heater as they sold it to me and installed it. I ask the operator for rates, she says she doesn't the rates have any but that she'll ask someone to call me. No one does. I go the weekend with tepid water, they come on Monday and then quote me over $650 in labor to replace the gas control valve. The control valve is covered under warranty, and they happen to have one in the van. Water heaters with defective parts failing 18 months into its service life. It's just me and my wife here, and we don't keep the water super hot, we use the low setting on the gas valve, because anything hotter is scalding. I just wanted the work done, so I signed on the line and coughed up $650. After having the work done, they replaced the the gas control valve with the exact same mode/revision made from the same factory, a SIT Group Delta 650. I really felt disappointed in having to wait the weekend to find out what it would cost to fix, feels like I'm part of their captive audience of people who want work done. Also, I was annoyed that they seem to know about quality issues with the water heater they sold me. I asked the plumber for a call back from the owner to discuss how I felt, and again no call, and now it's Wednesday. Even though the plumber suggested that the new valve would fix the issue, I'm expecting it to fail again in another 18 months, I mean, it's the same make and model, why wouldn't it fail the same way. I shouldn't/can't/won't pay exorbitant prices like this for stuff they sold me. If only it would have failed in one year, then the service would have been free! TL&DR; Service is expensive, no call backs. Be ready for sticker shock."
