"Poor installation and floor damage. We had an LG refrigerator that had a 10-year warranty for the compressor. The compressor went out and was covered by the LG warranty. I called LG's "preferred" installer Appliance Repair Inc. While the part was covered by the warranty Appliance Repair Inc. charged me almost $1000 to install the part. It took them several weeks to install the part. During the installation the refrigerator was slid across the flooring and opened a large seem in the flooring. After the installation, I noticed a persistent buzzing sound. When I called the Appliance Repair about the noise, they want to charge me over $100 just to take a look at it. Saying they only warranty their work for 30 days. (The repair took place in late January and I called them about the noise in March). Now, I am going to be out $1000+ and all I have to show for it is a buzzing refrigerator and a broken floor. Not worth it."

"My 18 year old dryer wasn't working. My repair LADY diagnosed the problem promptly. She explained they have sources to get parts for this discontinued machine that those of us have and love. She didn't try to sell me more than I needed. The prices were fair. When the part arrived she installed it and the dryer works beautifully. I will definitely use them again."

"In January of 2023 they came to fix my Microwave, I told them the circulation fan was not coming on when operating. They replaced the fan and that was not the problem, so they replaced the control board, that also was not the problem. After $600 microwave circulation fan still did not work. They said they could not fix it and refused to refund my money. This place is incompetent and has zero accountability. I filed a claim in conciliation court today. I hired them to fix a problem, not swap parts."

"Hired this company to take care of my thru the wall AC unit because it was dripping water more than usual on the outside. They didn't fix the issue. Still dripping like crazy. They were also not professional in that they didn't put a mat down on my deck for the dirt they cleaned out. Also, no advanced notice that they were on their way like 10 minutes out or etc. They just showed up and called saying we are here. Very odd. Also, no e-mail verifying the appointment or text or anything. Very strange. Also, the worker who called me number was listed as restriced. I almost didn't pick it up. I usually don't answer restricted numbers. Not too many companies work on thru the wall AC systems and these guys were the only ones I could find but didn't do the job. If you find yourself in the same situation as me with a thru the wall ac unit I would look elsewhere. Definitely don't use this company."
