I called yesterday and the individual on the phone was so nice, after answering all my questions, she scheduled a tech to come the next day. When the tech came he was very nice listened to what my concern was and addressed the issue and checked the entire door thoroughly. Lubricated the rollers and the spring, tightened all the bolts. My garage door was as quiet and functional as the day it was installed in 2017. I can go on but note mentioning that their sales people are not high pressure and listen and recommend based on individual customers needs. That is amazing."
