"Terrible experience with this business! I had a heating issue. I was charged over $700 for a new control box even though it only needed one part replaced for a fraction of the cost(I found this out when I got a second opinion after the "repair" from spa guys. More importantly I was told one of my pumps was defective even though it worked great THE NIGHT BEFORE Steve came out and looked at my tub. He offered to install a new pump for $450. So I got a second opinion from Hot Tub Heroes. Turns out that Steve simply UNPLUGGED my pump!!!!! Hot tub Hero guy just plugged it in and it works great just as it did before Steve unplugged it. I feel as if Spa Guys communicated poorly(Steve agreed to call me when he was going to be at my house, but neglected to do so. Instead he must have preferred to work unsupervised so he could plot on how to scam me!) Anyways, do yourself a favor and shop around. Call Hot Tub Heroes instead. They appear to be a reputable company with integrity."

"Spa Aquad did an awesome job! I had spent over a thousand dollars with another company (performance pools) and they had made my problems way worse and kept blaming other things for it. "I came across Spa Squad about 5 years ago. One of our pumps quit working in the winter and we were in danger of losing the entire spa. A friend had me drain it and place a small heater in it to keep it stable. The people I bought it from kept promising to help and have a service guy call. That never happened because they probably didn't want to fix it, they wanted a new sale. I finally found the Spa Squad and had Jim come out in the spring. He replaced the pump and got everything running perfect. Since that day we have had them shut things down in the winter and perform a startup every spring. It's well worth the money and peace of mind. This year another pump had a leak and once again Jim came out and got everything running perfect. I can't recommend Jim and the Spa Squad highly enough!!!"
