"This is the best company I have ever done business with. I waited 2 years to write this review to make sure my experience wasn't truly too good to be true. I reached out to Sparkle Pool Service at the end of 2020 when a pool builder out of Big Lake canceled my signed agreement after he realized he could charge more for the same pool with the high demand post Covid-19. Dan, Kammie and Llana from Sparkle Pool quickly picked up where the last company left off. Our pool was installed spring of 2021 and the construction process was amazing. All the employees for the onsite build were so kind to our family, especially my 3 young boys who were amazed by the excavating equipment. Our pool was started 8am Monday morning and was starting to fill with water by mid-day Tuesday. These guys are truly experts in their field. Since the day our pool was installed the service has been second to none. I work in the customer service industry and have never experienced the level of service I have experienced from Sparkle Pools. The employees that come weekly to service our pool are extremely pleasant to work with and do an exceptional job keeping our pool looking amazing. The owners Dan and Kammie are always accessible for questions or concerns which there are very few of. This is the biggest investment our family has made besides the purchase of our home and I could not be happier with everything from the price, the install or the service received. I highly recommend this company and I would never consider building a pool with anyone else."

"Sparkle pool is awesome, they have been helping us with our pool for 5 years now. They are super responsive with issues and helpful at troubleshooting things over the phone to prevent them having to come out and charge for a visit. Our pump went out over the weekend, I left a message got Kami on Sunday morning, the next morning someone from their team was out to assess and troubleshoot. The pump was dead and they came back and replaced it by the time i came home for lunch."

"Amazing service and a fantastic job. We've had them servicing our pool for three years and it's been great. They helped replacing a heater, pump, and sand filter and the pool is always crystal clear all summer and they do a great job closing it too. Overall we couldn't recommend them enough we can call with any questions and they always leave us feeling good about it. Our pool turned green because of the pump failing and they got it back to blue so fast even on the off day of our schedule."
