"Had a dripping faucet, called Northern One Hour/Ben Franklin. Steve came out, gave me 3 bids. He recommended not fixing the existing faucet, but for us to purchase a new faucet which we did. He came back a few days later and installed it for us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and I think their prices are within reason. Very pleased, great job Steve!"

"Love the heat but…I have water all over the floor soaking the carpet in the laundry room. I noticed they put new AC condensation line in so thought it might have been from that. Then I noticed the soft water discharge line was pulled out of the zip tie that kept it in place over the floor drain so I resecured that. Spent 2 hours pulling carpet and drying floor hoping it is just the condensation line. I’ll see tomorrow if it does not dry out. This photo is from after I got most of the water cleaned up."
