"Worst service I've ever experienced. We had an ice dam in March. Several of our walls and ceiling tiles were pulled out for water mitigation. Legacy came out to do the rebuild and said it would take about 4-6 weeks. They didn't show up to do the work until September. So we had no walls/insulation in parts of our house for six months. When they did show up, they didn't have the right equipment and the guys who came out didn't even know what they were supposed to do. So we had to wait a couple more weeks to actually get anything done. Then the full process that should have taken a few days max took them another two weeks to complete. Three days after they were 'done', several of our ceiling tiles that they had replaced randomly fell out of the ceiling because they hadn't installed them correctly. So we had to wait several more days to get that done. During the process of replacing our ceiling, they didn't cover everything very well, so all of our furniture, tv, computer, and everything else was COVERED in saw dust from the ceiling tiles. During this whole time, our contact was almost completely unresponsive. Any questions we had, we were told to call their boss and their boss NEVER answered and always took several days to respond. When he finally would respond, he would never remember anything you told him and wouldn't relay anything to the guys who came to the house. Please don't use this company if you value your time or money."

"Terrible drivers. They cut me off in traffic this morning and while doing so looked over at my and laughed. When you’re driving a work vehicle be courteous of others. Will not use or recommend them as a company when they look over a laugh while cutting you off in traffic."

"They were contacted by insurance, and made a big show when they first came out. How everything would be so quick and easy, here's my business card, call me with questions. Lied to me about how long it would take, didn't come for their equipment for almost a week, damaged my walls and floor more than the water from the broken pipe, lied about the length and ease of the whole process, and will not answer or return calls. Told me the whole thing is so simple, and quick. Takes a few hours, tops. It was almost four weeks before someone came out to get measurements for an estimate for reconstruction. After obtaining measurements, waited another 3 days to submit to my insurance. Told me it would be *at least* eight weeks before they would come back for reconstruction. Once approved by insurance. Several more calls to direct lines and the main office have gone unanswered and unreturned. What a horrible experience. Looks more like an insurance scam than a legitimate company. I'd never hire them on my own, and won't go with them if I have any troubles in the future."

More concerned about getting the job done quickly and created more work to be done My experience was: Horrible communication, Vandalism, losing property, damaging property, Also losing keys to my house while in possession. Allowing sub-contractors to damaged my property and not knowing who they're directly hiring. Unable to communicate on the day to day."
