"They were fast, friendly, and listened when I explained the issue. They couldn't repair my 30+ year opener when it finally gave out, but gave me reasonable options and pricing to replace it. Came the next day and installed the new one without any fuss. I didn't need to be present, just left the garage unlocked, and they were there and almost gone by the time I got home from work. Price was reasonable, and door works exactly as the old one did with limited bells and whistles. I had my own Wifi relay attached to the button for CarPlay connectivity and they moved it to a new place as requested, and all the wires are tidy and stapled down. Very happy. Would use them again, but hopefully I won't have to for quite a while, so I'll write a nice review, and refer them to anyone who asks."

"Had two garage issues this year - the first one was a fluke that resulted from me trying to close the door too soon. Kevin came out and fixed that in just a few minutes and answered some other questions for us as well. The other issue involved a broken spring. He was able to diagnose the issue just from me explaining what had happened. Unfortunately, this was on a Friday afternoon and there was only one other company who could come out the same evening to do the repair (understandably so). Kevin did indirectly help as the other company price matched what he quoted me for the repair. Great, honest company that doesn’t try to upsell or set crazy prices. Would recommend!"

Kevin was very courteous in calling/texting me with updates on his ETA since he was coming from another job site.
