"I cannot express how frustrated I was with this experience. I would never, ever recommend using them again. I would go so far as to call this a scam. Upon calling to have a freezer repaired, I was connected with a call center. I was informed that they are only scheduling appointments for their Premium Home Service members, This is an annual plan for $149 but the $99 service fee would be waived. In a bind to fix my freezer, I signed up. After scheduling the appointment I was sent an email that notified me of a $99 service fee, in addition to the $149 "membership" I just signed up for. I immediately called back, was connected with the call center again however they wouldn't waive the $99 fee nor cancel my membership. I am now working with my credit card company to dispute the fees. I also question the legitimacy of all the other reviews. How many service repair companies have a perfect 5 star rating. Seems very suspect to me."
