"Extremely disappointing. Our dishwasher started leaking so we called Appliance EMT for help. The technician was polite and offered multiple potential solutions when asked - a single part replacement at $340 and a full pump assembly replacement at $530. At that time they said they could not guarantee a repair that was not a full assembly replacement and we agreed to the cheaper repair, even if that meant another leak might pop up elsewhere. They said a part would have to be ordered. We followed up a week later and the office said it was still on order. We'd asked for them to come back out to verify the same spot was what was still leaking - We thought it was different than at the start after replaced the broken gasket and didn't want to waste time once if we needed different parts. We were told the technician would squeeze us in but it might not be right away. Two months passed and we got a request to write them a review for our completed service. We called back, then got told they would not replace just the part we discussed but would need to replace the entire pump assembly which would cost as much as a new dishwasher - now a $785 repair - that's over $200 difference than previously quoted. We were forgotten, ignored, and our time has been wasted."
