"My husband is a military veteran so when we were searching for a company that could come out quickly to check our furnace, Veteran Services caught his attention. We have a 5 week old at home and our furnace stopped producing hot air yesterday, dropping the temps in the house to the high 50s. We filed a claim with a warranty company but no one was responding. We needed help and fast. Veteran Services was able to send someone out the morning we called. Renzo was friendly and thorough, dealt with all the crazy at our house (5 week old baby and two dogs), and promptly identified and addressed the issue.
