John was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about my safety as he said that it would be best to get my car in as soon as possible since it could be dangerous to drive. He was very accomodating and worked with me to squeeze me in the schedule at a time that worked for me. I've always had great experiences at this location because they tell you how it is. They figure out the problem, explain to you what's wrong, and give you your options. They have never pressured me into any purchases but they are helpful in giving me some advice as to what might work best for my scenario. I don't know all that much about cars so they could easily just tell me to get whatever would make them the most money and take advantage of me. But instead they really care about the costumers and allow them to choose what's right without any pressure. Prices are more affordable here than many other places, there's often good coupons online too. John and everyone here are always so kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)"
