"this pool has the rudest staff EVER. the lifeguards are fine but the actual office workers are disgusting human beings. a man here YELLED at my 88 year old grandma for asking if her daughter could be added to her card to use the pool. we understand protocol that only members can use it but my grandma can’t swim and has lived here for 58 years. when she went in and talked to someone a middle aged man treated her terribly. so much for customer service. i am disgusted by the upper management here and safe to say i will never be going back except to yell at these people for treating my grandma this way. seriously terrible and so disappointed in people today. i’ve seen other reviews that people have had issues with the management here, seriously get better staff. we have dealt with Cindy Fuchs before and everytime she has been rude and passive aggressive"

"The Red Cross swim lessons at the Preserve pool are great. There's plenty of room for the kids and the instructors have all been very clear and helpful."

"Do not book events here! They double booked our event and refused to refund us! They were extremely difficult to deal with and once they have your money they don't care about you. You'd have better luck with a more professional establishment who understand appropriate communication and utilize more ethical business practices!"

"Great community for a Home Owner's Association (HOA). Staff has been working to modernize many amenities for better experiences. Also, working with Eden Prairie city to improve landscaping and other nature projects through city grants. Last year celebrated 50 anniversary with multi day events. Highly recommend this area if looking for a new house."
